How do I place an order?

You may place an order through any of the following channels: Website, Shopee, Lazada

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours upon successful order placement. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder.

I’m having issues checking out, what should I do?

Oh no! Please contact our customer service and we will gladly assist you.

What payment options are available?

Our website currently only accepts PayPal and Bank Transfer. We are working on bringing more payment options to you.

Meanwhile, if you would like to purchase via other payment methods, you may try our Shopee, Lazada, or WhatsApp

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

All merchandise purchased are marked as final and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or refunds. Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that have manufacturing defects. If you by any chance receive a defected item, please ensure that the product is unused with no additional damage, and remains in its original packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear, fragrance, or blemishes of any kind.

Requests for exchanges and refunds must be made within 7 days of order delivery.

Exchanges and refunds are strictly not allowed for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity.

I received an incomplete/ incorrect/ damaged/ defective order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible. Please have your order ID and clear photos/videos ready for us to assist you quickly.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of successful order confirmation.

(Excluding weekends and public holidays)

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Upon confirmation, you should expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days for West Malaysia or 18-21 working days for East Malaysia/Singapore.

For all other countries, please contact us for more details.

Is same-day delivery available?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery within the Klang Valley via Lalamove, Grab, or Self-pickup.

Please note that delivery under these options will not be covered by Muhadijah.

Please contact our customer service 2 hours before for order and delivery arrangement. This service is only available during our office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, excluding public holidays)

Do you ship internationally?

Delivery is currently available Malaysia and Singapore.

For orders outside of Malaysia, please contact our customer service.

Does the shipping cost for international orders include customs, duties and/or taxes?

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the total price of the merchandise upon checkout. We ship all international orders as delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means additional fees may/or may not occur once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
